By using this website or placing an order with us, or both, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under the laws of England and Wales (“UK Law”). Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and new wood furniture for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged. Every effort is made to ensure that this does not happen, but in this event we will attempt to contact you before proceeding with the order. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see “Delivery Service” below.
 

1. Your Right to Cancel


You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.

2.Returns Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them for a refund or replacement. If the goods were delivered by our or another courier service, please ring us on01752 896776;to discuss return options. Please advise us within 2 days of receipt of the goods. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty, self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.
For reasons of health and hygiene, divans and mattresses are not returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty.

3. Payment and Taxes

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
When placing your order you will be asked to select between our delivery service (see below) or to collect from our warehouse. If you select collection from us, you will be asked to pay on the day of your collection. If you have arranged for another person or company to collect from us, we will require payment 7 days before the collection date.
If you select the delivery option, the site will calculate the delivery charge from the selected items and your location (see Delivery Service below), and you will be forwarded to our secure payment system, that will take payment from you and we will send you confirmation emails. We will then call you when the order is ready for delivery and schedule a delivery date.
 

4. Our Guarantee To You

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of a wide range of styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we will use reasonable endeavours to highlight this when viewing the product.
5. Our 'Good to Go' Policy
If the goods are in stock we will endeavour to send you an email within 48 hours of placing the order confirming the goods are ready for collection. If we are out of stock, we will contact you by email when the goods are ready for collection.


5. Inspection , Care and moving of goods

All wooden furniture may vary in colour and grain types between pieces from the same ranges , this is down to different sections of the trees being used.  You will also find with time the colour of your furniture will alter with age, this is not a fault with the goods it is just a characteristic of wood products .

Wooden furniture with time will expand/ cracks open up in moist conditions and will contract in dry and humid conditions , once again this is not a fault.

The goods we sell are not intended for use in conservatory’s or areas where there is a lot of strong natural sunlight.

Distressed effect furniture

The distressed furniture will come with dents , deep scratches , cracks , marks , filla  and blemishes this is how the furniture is meant to be .

Painted furniture

Please note that the painted furniture may be slight different colours from piece to piece and that the paint is only applied to the external area and not the internal areas , this is often just has a light spray of paint or is natural wood .

Waxed finishes

All wax finished items form time to time will require rewaxing, this is perfectly normal.
No Finish on any item of furniture will make it water or heat proof , a lacquered finish will however help towards making it slightly more resistant


6:Delivery Service

 The delivery service includes a two-man team who will put the furniture in the room of your choice ( Providing that the access is acceptable and clear of any obstructions)

 We currently make a flat-rate charge of just £25.00 (incl. VAT) for deliveries to addresses within Mainland UK. If your delivery is for outside Mainland UK, please contact us regarding this so we can assess logistics and supplementary delivery charges. If the goods are in stock our dispatch team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date.

If they are out of stock, we will contact you with approx delivery date to our warehouse and then we will ring you to make delivery arrangements.(This can take between 2 - 6 weeks .)

7.The delivery

You will be notified of a delivery date by email or phone and the day before you will be sent a text message to confirm the delivery and tell you whether it is am or pm.

If you are not in when the delivery drivers arrive they will wait 15 minutes for you  and which they will leave. There will be a redelivery charge of £30.00 if you are not in .

The delivery men will not unpack the furniture unless you have paid for the white glove delivery  service .

The delivery men cannot take off their protective foot wear so we recommend that you protect your floor coverings before they arrive .


8. Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour representation caused by your browser software or computer system. Please refer to the description of the product alongside the image to confirm colour and dimensions.
The majority of our products are made from natural materials and so are expected to have natural variations in colour and feature.
